- Registered Professional Engineer (Mechanical) in Indiana and Illinois since 2001.
- One year of experience as a diesel engine valve train design engineer, 2010.
- Served on a short-term contract at Cirrus Design for Teledyne Continental Motors, 2008.
- Completed a project in Dubai for York International, 2005.
- Assisted with diesel engine development at Ricardo, 2003.
- Developed the Air Probe automatic soil sampler, 2000-2003.
- Started Furrer FAB Designs in 1999.
- Four years of experience as a Designer for diesel engine development of numerous castings, weldments, tube assemblies, machined components, sheet metal fabrications, and lines groups for fuel, oil, and air lines.
- Application Engineer for diesel engine installations, 1992-1994.
- Instructor for the course, "Parametric and Solid Modeling with Pro/Engineer" at Purdue University in 1994.
